Text Glow

First open new Photoshop document with the size of 600 x 350, and fill background color with black and make sure your foreground color is white. Now select any font and write some text like this :

Now right click on your text layer and select blending option and make settings like this:

Then create a new layer Click on your text layer and go to Select > load selection. Again go to Select > Modify > Expand. Write 10 into that box. Now fill your selection with color you like. Then you can also use Gradient if you want look like this :

Now change the layer Blend mode to color then it’s look like this:

Now you are ready, was not that simple? And you can your effects there also if you want. My outcome look like this:
